This policy applies to all individuals associated with BBFP, including employees, collaborators, freelancers, contractors, interns, partners, visitors, and representatives, across all professional settings—offices, film sets, festivals, events, meetings, and digital communication.

BBFP is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment in accordance with applicable laws, including the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (India) and relevant German and EU regulations.
