Bombay Berlin Film Productions (BBFP) is an Indo-German film company based in Mumbai and Berlin, dedicated to crafting powerful, authentic, and globally resonant stories. Founded in 2011 with a vision to bridge the East and West through cinema, BBFP was among the early pioneers of international co-productions in the independent space long before it became a trend. Our core focus lies in the development and production of feature films, web series, short films, reportages, and documentaries. Over the years, our critically acclaimed work has premiered at top-tier international festivals and reached audiences worldwide through theatrical releases and platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, MUBI, JioCinema, and others. We are committed to telling local stories with a global soul narratives that spark conversation, challenge social structures, and champion inclusion, equity, and impact. While we focus on stories that push boundaries and redefine norms, entertainment and emotional engagement remain the vehicles through which we bring them to life. In addition to creative development, BBFP offers end-to-end service production and co-production support for international projects. We are a trusted partner for accessing India's state and federal tax incentives, and we help global filmmakers maximize the benefits of India's robust infrastructure, experienced talent pool, and world-class film crews. Our services include festival strategy, tax rebate advisory, gap financing, and seamless line production both in India and across Europe.
